I’d like to share how wonderful I felt, while Katharine was our chef. My doctor
recommended her after putting me on a very restricted diet. Her meals were delicious,
and included so much variety even though we were allowed no gluten, lectin, dairy,
nuts, seeds and only certain meats and vegetables. Her use of culinary spices and
original preparations allowed us to have a variety beyond our expectations. We always
looked forward to our lunches and dinners that Katharine delivered daily, in a timely
manner. We worked with her for several months until she left the area. I would
recommend her highly to any one who loves to eat healthy food, especially if you’re on a
therapeutic diet.
