Organic Cranberry Sauce, No-cooking!

Use organic ingredients!
 WOW, this is so good. You can replace the cranberries with a variety of other berries, including the sour golden berry or cherries!   You can use dried berries that you soak first.  Soak the dried fruit, then soak the chia in that juice. It is SO GOOD.

INGREDIENTS:
16 ounces of fresh cranberries (rinse them, pick out any soft ones),
 10 pitted dates, (You could use maple syrup or honey if you like the flavor better)
 1/2 cup soaked chia seeds ( rinsed the seeds, then soaked 1/2 cup of chia seeds in 1 cup of water. then put 1/2 of the soaked seeds into the blender.)
 1 peeled, deseeded, deveined navel orange
 in the blender til they are sauce!
 I added a few drops of stevia to sweeten a bit more.
Stores well in a glass jar.
