Black Foods for Kidney Strength

GROWING INSTRUCTIONS

Soak 2/3 cup of seeds in cool water for 2-8 hours.

Drain off soak water. Do not ever soak again.

Rinse very thoroughly.

Drain thoroughly.

Keep your Sprouter in a relatively low light location.

Rinse and Drain thoroughly – with cool water every 8-12 hours.

Harvest when your seeds have tiny Roots, and eat or Refrigerate your crop.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE MILK

You Will Need:

1 cup sprouted and rinsed sesame seeds

4 cups filtered water

1 tsp vanilla extract

Sweetener of choice is optional…. 1 Tbsp raw honey or high-grade maple syrup or 2 soaked pitted dates, a dash of stevia, or monk fruit.

Optional:  Pinch of Himalayan salt or high-quality sea salt

How to Make It:

Add 1 cup of water  to blender and blend for two minutes, til sesame seeds are pulverized. Then add the other 3 cups of milk and mix. Strain through nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a bowl.

If there is pulp, you can discard or compost pulp or save to use in other recipes.

This delicious healthy milk will store in the refrigerator a few days.  Just shake before serving. (You can heat it before drinking as well.)
